This photo of Tiger "712" was taken on the road "P1" that runs south from Enfidaville. The location is deduced from the distinctive shape of the hills in the distance, plus the fact that this straight run of road is aligned to a certain point on the hills.
Given that the Tiger has been renumbered "712", this must be after the tanks of the 501st were appended to the 504th.
There is only one occasion when Tigers of the 504 battalion took this route; the road march to Maknassy, 17-19 March 1943.
Given the position of the shadows, this is late evening.
Given the distance covered, and the remaining distance, it must be late evening of 17 March.
Here's my evidence that the photo shows Tiger 712 going to Maknassy.
